The well-being and safety of our associates and our customers is our top priority. With the safety precautions we have implemented at our distribution center, we have experienced a slowdown in the processing of orders, which is causing some shipping delays. We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience as we work through this new process.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping Options
- Shipping and handling is determined by a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination.
- All available shipping methods and speeds of delivery will be presented to the customer at checkout.
- If your desired shipping method is not presented at checkout is it not currently available based on package destination or items in cart.
- PO Box addresses are not eligible for Next Day or 2 Day shipping methods.
- At this time we can only ship to one address per order.
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.
Delivery Windows
- Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing prior to shipment window.
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight or 2 Day orders placed after 11am (PT) for Next Day and 2 Day deliveries.
- Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service & Fedex deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
International Shipping
- Jazzercise cannot be responsible for lost or damaged uninsured packages.
- Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
- Shipping and handling is determined by a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination.
- With the exception of Canada, all other destinations will qualify for weight based shipping which will be reflected at checkout.
- All available shipping methods and speeds of delivery will be presented to the customer at checkout.
- If your desired shipping method is not presented at checkout is it not currently available based on package destination or items in cart.
- Orders with a Canadian destination will follow the chart below based on total value of items at checkout.
